New Building: The development (26 x 95 lot) sought to maximize the properties potential by creating an easement agreement with the adjacent rear property on Broadway. The easement would create the second means of egress for the new development thereby maximizing the new high-end residential unit’s footprint over a new podium of retail. The façade had many detailing iterations since a custom design was desired but the budget was limited and required to find and combine standard window system.
